First we take Michigan--then the whole world!
Don't give $$$s. Just take your current salary, divide by your first salary out of high school, college, or whatever your last full-time, formal education was, and provide the number you get. And years from that point to today.
Me:
Base: 4.02
w/bonus: 4.97
19 years.
Example:
Your first job out of college paid $19K. You now make $64k.
64/19 = 3.37
You landed the job in 1997, so put 10 years.
