It really looked to me that they put an emphasis on throwing the ball yesterday. That was more than likely the plan coming into the game, especially when you consider Purdue has some pretty good interior linemen.
Ohio St really struggles when they don't run to set up the pass.
I saw and thought that too. That was about the first time I can remember him sliding this yr. Each game he's maturing and becoming more and more aware.
I dont think I could ever get tired of reading your posts, great job.
And I have to add it felt pretty good catching some brakes yesterday opposed to how things have went the last couple yrs (and really even this yr vs SC).
I think the conceivable thing to do would be to (next yr) line Saine and Herron up together but young Boren is developing into a very solid FB.
I wouldnt be surprised if they line Jordan Hall up in the slot like they did Ginn, off the line about 4/5 yds. Like they did with Saine vs SC.
Actualllly, Ohio State does run something very similar AND they read the same guy as explained in the article (the 3 or 4 techniques). They instead of blocking the interior lineman, block the outside linebacker.
Also, defensively Ohio St isnt going to be learning new assignments when they play...
Pretty much. Also:
Ya I was hoping around campus but ebay is the only place I can find them. And Im not trying to drop $80 on some gloves. Ill prob just pick up the Oklahoma ones.
There was only nine of those packs released thats why. The shoes are a commodity to some. Still......
Anybody find the gloves they were supposed to wear? I cant find em anywhere.
