And Klatt knows that… there’s a loophole in investigation process that will be taken advantage of because we have a situation in real time occurring.
But they all know that and that’s why they’re going the “due process route”. Why does there have to be due process if the evidence is there?
Petitie can go to Michigan with the evidence and say “ok explain this you have 5 days”. Then they won’t be able to and then you take away their season. It’s that simple.
Nah he’s been pretty fucking irrational this entire time. Has down played it a number of times saying everyone does it etc.People think the B1G has to operate like a real court of law, that's not true, that's why they keep throwing the "BUT BUT DUE PROCESS" stuff out.
Of course Klatt likely knows better and is just further firing up that crowd.
Think of it like state and federal jurisdiction issues. The NCAA can’t force the big ten to do anything. The thing that concerns me right now is the possibility that TCUN might be smart enough to play the B1G and the NCAA against one another
B1G imposes a penalty, NCAA says "you don't have the authority to do that"
For example, what if they bow to pressure from the coaches and force TCUN to forfeit their remaining games. The CUNTS could show up to play and the NCAA could declare that it was the team who failed to show up that forfeited.
The NCAA is on life-support at this point, at least with respect to their authority over FBS football. With any luck, this will be the thing that causes 132 out of 133 teams to tell them to go fuck themselves.
It stands for that as well.So tCun stands for "cheaters." I've been thinking it meant something else.

Purdue’s head football coach weighs in
Oh good point. With us #1 if we win the next 3 we are likely 1 or 2 when Michigan rolls around.I think the NCAA knows it's on life support so it isn't going to do anything to piss of basically all but 1 of it's members.
Things could get real interesting a few weeks down the line if it starts playing out that a conference could get 2 teams in this year. You wanna bet the other leagues aren't going to start raising hell that Michigan could steal a spot from them?
Just going by what Valenti was saying earlier.I doubt that was the case sense he was a part of the Astros punishment. He was just likely moving slower than they would like
