Congrats to Alabama, LSU, Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, Auburn, South Carolina, Tennessee, Ole Miss and Mississippi State for winning the title! S-E-C! S-E-C!

That's not really fair.

Mizzou and Texas A&M also now get to bask in the shared glory.

:sick1: I can't stand watching these players get interviewed. They're REALLY receiving an education?

I'm watching a man eat an omelette made from his own hair.

Top Gear reruns were better then what was shoved down the viewers throat without human hair.
Hopefully ESPiN will have learned from this but I doubt it.
Anyone else think that ESPiN's college football monopoly is a bad thing?

dam, and I thought Al Borges called some shitty games this season. LSU's offense was terrible. Why not throw Lee in there at some point just see if you could generate ANYTHING.

400 yards in punting for LSU. Pathetic

Les needs to reevaluate his definition of "man ball."

They need a Plus 1 system and fast. No way can call a team that split a two game series with LSU the NC. It's just not right.

Nothing has ever been as off the hook as All in the Family. And since I didn't bother watching the game last night...this is the only thing on this thread a can voice my opinion on.

After reading the comments on BP and from Dan Wetzel I'm sure glad I didn't turn into this crap-fest.

Awful title game fitting end to bad season
By Dan Wetzel, Yahoo! Sports
NEW ORLEANS ? It was a college football season besieged by scandal and controversy, week after week of NCAA infractions, conference realignment back stabbings and sexual molestation charges.

And it got a championship game befitting of the unpleasantness.

Alabama won the BCS national title Monday, defeating LSU, 21-0, in a tough-on-the-eyes field goal-fest.

The championship will taste just as sweet in Tuscaloosa, and Alabama?s defense should be toasted forever. For fans of college football uneasy with the matchup to begin with, though, this was a dud of a conclusion.

Little action. A dearth of big plays. Missed field goals and a missed extra point. Sloppy play. Just one late-game touchdown. Tepid offensive play-calling. You name it and it was on display.

Sometimes, there?s beauty in an ugly game. For anyone who isn?t a Tide fan, this wasn?t one of those times.
