CFN's Top 10 OSU Players

1. Teddy Ginn - Do I really need any explanation for this? The kid is a straight up playmaker to the root of the definition!

2. A.J. Hawk - GREAT leadership, great speed (4.46 in the Pro workout?), great hands, and a worthy of a Butkis Award and another All-American naming.

3. Santonio Holmes - First and foremost, he brings knowledge and skill to his young recieving corps. teammates. He has the desire and heart of a lion (Instead iof drafting and going back to Florida to spend time with his girlfriend and 2 sons, he stayed another year in Columbus to be even better and carry on OSU tradition!).

4. Nick Mangold - May not be the most glorified player since he doesnt score TD's, but he has proven his worth and the nation seems to have taken notice with mentions on CollegeFootballNews.com.

5. Quinn Pitcock - Has the keys to becoming a breakout star in 05 for one of the best D's in the nation. His rep and skills became bigger and bigger as 04 progressed and is suspected to do so next year.

6. Ashton Youboty

7. Troy Smith

8. Donte Whitner - Came in as the #1 overall prospect in the Midwest & 7th in the nation and hasnt lost too much of his groove at OSU. As a safty I can only imagine him being able to "lay the wood" that he seems to have the ability of doing.

9. Nate Salley
10. Bobby Carpenter
