Denard "LLL" Robinson (an excellent driver)

Columbus, OH: The NCAA announced plans to investigate recent games between the Buckeyes and the University of Michigan. "We have reason to believe that key Michigan personnel were actually women," said an unnamed NCAA official. "If that's the case then both school's will need to forfeit the games, Michigan for knowingly entering females in a "mens sport," and Ohio State for realizing they were playing women and yet continuing with the game."

The players in question include Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson, who, despite being female, managed to guide his team to within a touchdown of the undefeated and number four ranked Buckeyes.

"OK, so we knew at least one of their players was a female," explained OSU coach Urban Meyer. "You have to acknowledge that someone armed only with a vagina and a football managed to knock our best corner and a linebacker to the ground and then outran the rest of our defensive backfield for 62 yards and a touchdown. That's one tough bull-dyke. There shouldn't be a penalty for that," the coach continued.

Even harder to explain is that this is the third time Robinson played against the Buckeyes and that the previous season he led the Wolverines to a hard fought victory over the Buckeyes despite having severe menstrual cramps.

"We had to keep him on Midol the whole game," claimed Michigan coach Brady Hoke. "He had to take the pills with just a sip of Gatorade to keep from bloating and feeling puffy. Then, even though we won, he continued to bitch and whine in the lockerroom. You don't want to be around when he... errr she, errr he, is having PMS issues."

"Imagine," said Coach Meyer, "Losing a game to a female quarterback, or having one run through your defense for 62 yards on a simple pitch play. It's embarrassing."

Are you really suggesting that QBs aren't regularly judged on their teams' win-loss records? Come on.

You are aware that Robinson played 4 years and Pryor only played 3, right? And I notice your stats don't mention INTs.

BTW--Pryor's win-loss record was 31-4. But I guess that doesn't matter at all.

Are you aware that Robinson became the regular starter in his sophomore year, ergo 3 years and 3 years.

Are you aware that Robinson played for THE worst coach in Michigan history and on two of the worst teams in Michigan history, yet managed to accrue the stats that he did.

Are you aware that Robinson didn't bring about the firing of one of the most successful coaches in his school's history, or do anything that brought about the suspension of team mates and the team while he took off for the draft?

are you aware that being the only good player on "two of the worst teams in Michigan history" with "THE worst coach in Michigan history" makes it easier to accrue the stats that he did......especially at the position he played?

And that explains the huge numbers Bauserman rang up? And why didn't Sheridan make all Big Ten?

What is so difficult about admitting that a Michigan player had talent? If it's your big game, what makes it special, that you play against a team with no talent? Hardly.

Move Indiana to the last game of the year and see how excited you get.

The Game is special because the players from both teams are usually fairly evenly matched and the outcome is always in doubt. There's no exciting victory if the other team are pussies.

Why is it so difficult to grasp that many don't feel the same way you do about scUM being good = good for OSU and therefore don't need to over inflate the exploits of this little shit?

This isn't the 1970's. The 10 year war is over. Bo and Woody are both dead. We don't need a strong scUM anymore than we need any other strong B1G team. OSU's national reputation will be determined by how they start playing in Bowl/Playoff games vs SEC teams. The easier the path to the playoffs the better.

He was still a good player. Perhaps he wasn't a prototypical QB and he was fragile, but still a good player and not a bad guy. I don't get why Buckeye fans have such a hard time acknowledging that much.

Perhaps? You don't cut Troy Smith any slack.

Denard was fast, fragile, and greased up. How good he actually was is up for debate wether you like it or not. I don't know why it's so hard for you to acknowledge.

He was a great runner who put up big numbers against weak teams. He couldn't throw it in the fucking ocean.

He also had a nasty habit of tapping out like a little bitch when his team was losing a game then the one time he's going to come out on top somehow finds the fortitude to stay in the game and taunt.

I equally don't get why some Buckeye fans have such a hard time acknowledging this as a somewhat less than admirable pattern of behavior.

I thought Troy was a great college QB. So no need to cut slack. Meanwhile the mantra on this board is becoming more and more to poor mouth anything non Buckeye and shout down anyone who doesn't.

And then you are called a contrarian for attempting to fair. Pathetic.

Sorry but that's total bullshit.

I think you can ask Jwins and LJB to revisit some of the "debates" we had from 2008 on and they won't exactly say I pump a lot of sunshine in here. I was getting killed for ripping on Tressel, Bollman and a lot of other sacred cows well before tatgate.

If I think something Buckeye is fucked up I will say it. In this case I think you guys clinging desperately to the notion that Detard was some kind of admirable foil for the Buckeyes the past 4 years are reaching as badly as those who used to try and rationalize Bollmans offense.

There was little to nothing admirable about the little fuck. I wouldn't let an 8 year old act the way that front running little bitch acted.

He's so hung up on what happened with Notre Dame in the 50s that he allows that negative bias to permeate each of his posts relating to Notre Dame, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised that he's also got an antiquated approach to Michigan and allows that positive bias to permeate each of his posts relating to Michigan.
