It was coming. I don't think its much to fret about though. Yes hes the #1 RB in the class but I wouldn't put him on a super elite Pedastle like Fournette was.

You hire a coach/mentor from the kid's state to be the "recruiting coordinator", you expect results.

The great thing about being hot and winning a national title is that you get an influx of commitments. The downside is that you will not keep them all. I had a feeling if Williams is in, Walker was out.

I don't believe so. He was listed on some recruiting services as a fullback but I believe the Tress regime always looked at him as a RB.

The difference being the staff never really pursued Derrick Green. I mean, I'm hoping for a repeat as well, but Kareem Walker should be a heck of a player wherever he goes. Probably not Leonard Fournette good, but solid.

Depending on the offensive scheme he'll be good, like almost any player. I couldn't see even Fournette being as effective in a spread offense. But yeah, Walker could be special player wherever he goes
