In my official capacity as a former NCAA student-athlete I sent that link to Mark Emmert. I'm holding my breath that the hammer gets dropped.

They still have time to get a few more arrested and dismissed from the team to get that number down to 85. I was curious to see how they were going to manage to get to 85 but it looks as if the players are taking upon themselves and making it easy for Saban. Keep it up boys.

It is always good to see an operation perform as a team. Total team effort to get down to 85.

college coaches are amongst the most hyper aggressive in the nation - especially the elite ones.

He's not feeling pressure, he's [censored]ed off and he's not going to fold like Richt did. HUGE difference.

Fold? Can you provide an example in surrounding national recruiting when CMR folded?
I suspect you're making an ad hominem attack since you a colossal prick.

8th grade recruit?

How young is too young?
In the high-stakes, far-seeing game of college football recruiting in the SEC, apparently 14 is not too young an age for the Alabama Crimson Tide and Nick Saban's get-the-job-done recruiting operation. Dylan Moses, an 8th grade athlete from Baton Rouge who already has drawn the attention of LSU Coach Les Miles, is one of several players to have received a scholarship offer from Alabama during the Crimson Tide's Junior Day event over the past weekend.

Yes, but the whole point of oversigning is the long term advantage it gives you. Losing these freshmen (who I think were highly rated) goes against what he's trying to do with oversigning. If it were a couple 5 year seniors who were maybe 2nd or 3rd string, that would have been ideal.
