I just don't see a QB jumping out this year. Boykin is the closest at QB, IMO. I'm not completely sold on him, though.

I think Greg Ward Jr. and Paxton Lynch deserve a bit of praise, but I don't think they can win the award with heavy hitters like Fournette and Zeke hitting on all cylinders. If Colt Brennan couldn't win the award with 7,409 TD's in a season, it's unlikely Ward or Lynch will win it.

I think its Fournette's to lose now. He might not hold up though is the big thing, he's carrying the entire load right now and could break down at some point. Zeke is getting just the right amount of touches in my opinion to keep him fresh going into the most important time of the year.

I wouldnt trade Zeke for a Heisman anyway. I wanted to see him keep his streak alive today more than anything after that first half.

I am uncomfortable when I hear or read Zeke is the BEST RB ever in OSU history.. cuz I'm a traditionalist with lots of immense admiration and loyalty to the superstars before him... some astounding names.. I mean really.. Archie, George, Beanie, Hyde, Byars, Johnson, Springs, Tim Spencer... and on and on

but he's got my attention.. he has no flaws... speed (5th gear), size, can catch as good as a wideout, devastating blocker and he's a great kid

Completely agree.

Fournette is IMO a shoo-in for the Heisman, because he's probably the scarier runner for a defense to face, but who has the bigger overall impact to his team? Zeke, no question, because of all the other things he does with excellence.

Fournette is likely to be an All-Pro, but EZE will have a long and fine NFL career in which he will make his coaches and teammates very, very happy men.
