RB Roderick Smith (Official Thread)

Personally, I think Adrian Peterson. Tall running back, runs high, explosive with long strides an extra gear at the end, impressive lateral agility and a penchant for a spin on occasion. He doesn't run nearly as hard as Peterson does/did and he probably isn't quite the athlete, but I think it's a better comparison that Beanie or Eddie George.

He doesn't run with the same "intent to destroy" that AP has. To be, he looks like a lot like 6'3 220 pound Erick Dickerson. Both long striders with great lateral movement and sneaky speed. Hits holes well, able to recognize a pressure and adjust.

If he increases his overall flexibility and strengthens up to a solid 235, he could be definitely be a first-round-caliber RB. His running technique is raw and with the proper training he could perform much faster, as well as much more efficiently. The vision and intensity are there. I'm excited to see how he progresses as a player.
