'05 FL RB Conredge Collins (Pitt signee)

This could would be a real steal out of Florida.
You have to love keeping as many Florida pipelines open as possible!
Notably absent from the this thread however is the man himself, HelpingHand.
HH, any thoughts/feelings/news on this kid?

tOSU in his top 3

Rivals premium

His top three are Florida State, Ohio State and Florida (NCST is also still being considered). FSU is leading slightly but he everyone is still in the running.
He visits FSU on January 7, Ohio State on January 14 and Florida on January 28.
He says there is a slight chance he could commit to one of them on his official visit.

Collins is ready to begin his visits. No favorite as of yet. Conredge is fully qualified.

"I leave for Florida State this weekend and then I got Ohio State next weekend and Florida on the 28th," Collins said. "I went to NC State but I'm not sure about them right now. Miami's out of it because I'm not a fullback. I'm a tailback and that's what these schools are recruiting me as."

Until now I hadn't paid much attention to this kid.

But, after reading some of the articles posted back in the spring and summer here, Wow!! Without seeing any videos of him, and only one rather spotty video of Gwaltney, I'd rather have Collins!

Why? Primarily because of his work ethic, obviously engrained in him by his dad. This is clearly a kid who will work as hard or harder than anyone he's competing with or against, in order to get better, to gain whatever edge he needs. Running steps since he was 7?!? Are you kidding me?!

Come on up, Conredge!
