By BK... Major will announce his decision tomorrow at his school according to his mother.

I was hearing tOSU was in great shape this morning, but this afternoon a reliable UF guy e-mailed me that Major was announcing tomorrow (before this was made public) and that UF was likely the pick... So I guess we'll find out tomorrow...
