By Mike Farrell... Josh says that Florida is his clear leader. He felt more at home there than at tOSU. He says he doesn't want to wait very long before ending his recruitment.

One of the Mid-Atlantic region's potential top prospects for the Class of 2008, Fort Washington (Md.) Friendly running back Josh Haden, currently favors the Gators.
His brother, wide receiver/defensive back Joe Haden, is a Florida commit for this year's class.
"I won't choose a school just because my brother is going there, but the running back situation at Florida is good for me, I love the place and the coaches so there's nothing wrong there," Josh said. "I'm not in a hurry, but Florida is way ahead."
Josh Haden added he would take a visit to Virginia Tech before considering an early commitment.

Lets wait until he sees time on a D1 field to say he's better than the second string back (Big Wells is our short yard specialist and is like #1B with Pitt 1A) at the number 1 ranked school in America. Haden might be but he has to prove it first in college.

Who was the last good prospect or even the last prospect we plucked out of Maryland? It seems like they all either go to Penn St., Maryland, or any other ACC school.

Didn't realize his Dad's a personal trainer. That explains he and his brothers dominance in combine type situations.
btw: Florida won't look so hot to recruits when they loose a couple of games. Some of the glow will start to fade on Urban. This season will show his real coaching skills. New QB, a few new WR, some new DB's etc.
