Jonas Lists Michigan State, Notre Dame, and Penn State as High interest and Ohio State, Michigan, and Minneosota as Low interest

Not an article to get excited about if you are a Buckeye fan. Seems likely to stay instate and be a Spartan. However, time will tell. Next year should be impressive for RB's and if we strike out on Clay/Hughes this year we will definitely take 2 in '08. Darius Ashley, Jonas Gray, Jamal Womble, William Dale, Gary Thornton... just some of the names already to surface.

Jonas was in attendance for ND's loss to Michigan last weekend. He enjoyed his visit and puts ND on top right now. He is also interested in tOSU, Michigan St. (only offer), Florida, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Nebraska, West Virginia, UCLA, Iowa and Boston College

By BK...Jonas is hearing from Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan, Michigan State, Georgia Tech, Florida, Tennessee and Alabama. Michigan State has offered. Jonas camped at OSU last year.

That is suprising as I had always thought that with a NDame offer he would end up there...

Playing time could be an issue at Notre Dame. They have recruited a lot of running backs in the past two classes. 2006- Aldridge and Prince. 2007- Hughes and Allen. That's a lot of talent. Whoever wins the starting job next year will be either a freshman or sophomore, so he'll have the job locked up for some time.

Good point...and which is why I think Michigan will be a player for Jonas.
