'08 OH TE/DE Kevin Koger (Michigan signee)

Color me not very optimistic...with his buddy Mealer headed to Michigan and his teammate Anthony Allen reportedly having an offer from UM as well.

Just talked to my coaching amigo from Sylvania...Koger has been very tight lipped about where he is headed.

My buddy said he would think Meeshigan has the edge (no shock here) given his old man being from Motown, and just everything he has heard.

However, Dick Tressel has been to several of Koger's track meets, I guess he is a stud in 100 and 200 in addition to his long jump prowess.

I would agree with the experts here, I think this kid is corn and blue.

I wonder if the verbal by Moore to UM will change things for this kid. UM will have a small recruiting class too. I wouldn't be surprised if UM backs out of the offer for this kid.

UM won't pull his offer...they may try to sell him on the idea of coming in as a DE, but they won't flat out pull his offer. According to BK OSU's stance is and has always been that he could end up at either TE or DE. Personally I don't think Moore's verbal does not have as much of an impact on Koger as some others think...Moore could fill a roll very similar to Stoney (H-back, flex TE).
