'09 AZ DT Corey Adams (Arizona State Signee)

OSUnumber45;1093427; said:
It wouldn't necessarily be plucking him from us. He's from Arizona which is USC's backyard, not OSU's. Although I understand what you are saying with him being an OSU fan.

Thats exactly the way I would look at it, too. In my mind, however insignificant one may judge of that, he's ours to lose, all things considered.
The dynamics of Corey W/Simon, I don't see how we could want for more at DT, with our '08 haul in tow.

not really a look at Corey, but when Arizona and Arizona State left the WAC and joined the Pac 8, it was widely thought that the upgrade in conferences would provide Az and Az St a larger playground (So Cal) which to recruit from, but it has turned out just the opposite. USC has cherry picked the best recruits from Arizona for their teams......funny how things turn out. Anyway, there's a huuuuge fan base (Ohio Staters) in Arizona, so either a relative or a neighbor has turned Cory on to the Buckeyes. wouldn't be surprised.....go Bucks

From the ASU site. Adams and his father took a visit to Arizona State this weekend and came away very impressed. He says he changes his mind everyday about where he wants to play, and has no favorites.
