Welcome Mr. Givens! This one was out of left field.

Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor.

No kidding. I wasn't even counting Darrell on ever pulling the trigger for us...what a great surprise to come home to. Now my four-hour bike ride doesn't hurt so bad any more...

Heck, I was floored he was even coming to The Spring Game!

Welcome to the Buckeye family Darrell!! Your physical nature at CB is a trademark here at tOSU. Really like having a tag team to make up for losing Malcolm Jenkins after this year. Great start to an incredible DB class!

I just hope he has seen everything he wanted to see at the other schools. I'd rather he wait to commit until he's 100% sure of his school rather than risk the possibility of him re-opening his recruitment up and decommitting closer to NLOID.

great news. Can never have enough good talent in the back end of a defense. There are a lot of schollies out there to be had. There is going to be some serious talent coming in from all over the country in this years class. I can't wait to see how the recruiting season plays out. Another run @ the NC won't hurt either.

Fantastic!
Probably the last of the visitors I would have predicted pulling the trigger.
Yesterday he didn't have a leader.
Many were pleasantly surprised he was even visiting.

First post today was from Florida touting how much Givens was still impressed with the Gators even though he had a "conflict" and couldn't make it to their spring game.

Whoever says the "soft sell, take time and think it over, check out all the other schools first" recruiting approach doesn't work, doesn't get it.
Welcome to the family Mr. Givens.
You will be part of something very special over the next 4 years of your life!
