Just got done watching his film, the kid is legit. He made some incredible catches and shows great concentration. He even made a diving one-hander. He has good speed and quickness but his catching ability is what really jumped out at me.
Me too. He Sanzo's the ball on every pass... catching the ball away from his body. It's the mark of a WR with good hands that is confident in his ability to catch it. Even when its thrown on the money right in the numbers, he's catching it most of the time away from his body. You can tell he's had some great coaching there.

I'm having to keep reminding myself that Aaron is still a high schooler while watching his film because he's playing the WR position like he's in college already. Plays way bigger than the 6'0" and 175 he is listed at. Aaron is so dangerous with the ball in his hands and his YACs... goodness. And on top of THAT, the kid has some God-given natural ability in coverage. Reminds me of Anthony Gonzalez's HS film at CB.

Wow. Great offer by the staff. Kid is impressive. And SO much different than the other WR's the staff has offered this year. If you give me two out of Stanford, Howard, and Burbridge, I'd be extatic. Aaron's gonna be a good one. I hope we can snare him away from the other Big Ten teams vying for him right now.

From what I've read, it seems that Michigan State has gotten a few kids from the high school he attends, and I think his leader is currently Michigan State.

Should be interesting...

I think the pipeline from Harrison to MSU is a little overstated by State fans. Mark Dell was the last kid from his HS to go to MSU, and that was in 2006. No doubt they might have a good relationship with the school, but it isn't like they send kids there every year.

Probably a Spartan in the end, but I'd rather be going up against them than Michigan...

Imagine Stanford in a duo with this guy, wow.

Good looking QB in video as well.

Check out 1:20 in the post above. :yow1:

+1 on everything you said. This kid is a legit big time WR and that QB looked very impressive. Trying to find his name.

Edit: Found his name, Tommy Vento, he's a senior but doesn't list where he's going to school. Great vid on youtube.

I was thinking the same thing. The kid reminds me of Sanzenbacher with some of the routes he ran and the way he catches the ball. Glad I'm not the only one.

Scout$--Two Major Offers for Burbridge

Aaron says he has grown up as a Michigan State fan and they are his leader.

That interview was conducted before the offers from OSU and Notre Dame. Burbridge's family just moved to Michigan 2 years ago he might be a Spartan lean at this point, but it's not something so substantial that other schools like OSU for example can't overcome.
