This just in, Stevie Wonder and Ronnie Millsaps both confirmed the play shouldn't have been over-turned.

I do have to totally agree with you on this point. I mean all of Buckeye Nation understands how well the fans travel and how good the TV ratings are. That is why ESPiN has tried so hard every year to get OSU in the playoffs over schools like UGa etc. I mean ESPiNs effort to build up OSU every chance they get is obvious.

Yeah, OSU may bring in viewers, but it's also a threat to their SEC/ACC Monopoly they have going right now.

If nothing else, and it's not a "moral victory" to say this:

1) OSU proved itself to be among the nation's elite. This game could have gone either way.
2) OSU gave the defending champs all they wanted and then some

Don't feel too bad... I look forward to the day when Nebraska loses a nat'l semifinal. (or even makes a bowl game)

See you guys around... 's been fun.

So my new years wish is that the Buckeye media and fans (including myself) will just stop now. That it is all out of our collective system.

The game came down to 1 play, our (arguably) best WR isolated on a safety. For the reasons we all know, it didn't work out. That's football and that's life.

Don't be like Penn State and tsun fans, constantly bitching and whining about refs and conspiracy theories. Don't be like Penn State fans and send Olave hate mail or deride his hair/tats/skin color.

Help the kid, and the rest of the team, pick themselves up off the deck and go back at the CFB world harder next year. Go to more games if you can, root harder and louder (if possible).

We've had a few days to vent. Time to act like men and move forward.
