Yeah, kinda weak overall, but the takedown was unexpected after he back pedaled. Huge size disadvantage by the pitcher too, so that part was pretty cool.
I loved it. It was a nice through; funny how Youkilis didn't charge the mound the night before when he was hit by a pitcher that wasn't a skinny 20 year old rookie.
The funniest thing about this though might be that ESPN twitter and t.v. shows have been talking about how youkilis took porcello down. Golic was the only person on espn so far i've heard say otherwise. Classic espn biasedness.
INDIANAPOLIS -- The Boston Red Sox have reached a preliminary agreement to trade third baseman Mike Lowell to the Texas Rangers for catcher Max Ramirez, according to a report on FoxSports. The deal is contingent, according to the report, on the players passing physicals and approval by Red Sox owners of absorbing a considerable chunk of Lowell's $12 million salary.
