Let me say this here in the hopes that others will help remind UM fans of this fact.

Whatever coach UM selects and however high the UM fan base sings his praises they will be hard pressed to match the chorus of acclaim that accompanied the coronation of RR a mere 3 years ago.

So pardon me Mr. Michigan Fan if I turn a deaf ear to your protestations.

You sir have no credibility.


If you want to know how your new coach will fare listen to us. We nailed it last time and will likely do so again.



(Of course, if he brings in a really cool S&C coach who has his own blocking sleds or some of those colorful elastic bands - I am all ears.)

no clue........It has to be one of those two, i agree. Anyone else will be a let down.

but hell, "let down" would be an improvement over the last three years....har har

If Miles didn't take that job in 2007, he's not taking it now. That LSU job is ********> better than scUM today. There is a major mess to clean up. I think it's Hoke or bust if Harbaugh doesn't do it. I can't see anybody else. Then again, fraudriguez came out of nowhere in 2007, so who knows...

there was a ton of behind the scenes crap with Les in 07. Lloyd isn't around to sandbag that hire now.

Also, Les isn't getting ready for an NCG this year. Which means two things to me. 1) Les might be open to talking to Michigan. 2) LSU might be just about ready to let him leave.

Well then pizza boy already messed up didn't he? I mean before this all of the non-game talk was sure to be split between "Buckeye-5" and the MNC. Now a lot of it will be about our rivals coaching search and how bad their last heir was. Anything that reduces discussion of the "Buckeye-5" is a positive for me.
