2012 NFL Draft - general discussion

Marvin is enamored with Upshaw even though everyone and their brother dropped him out of their first round. Bengals made the trade simply due to the fact that is who they want and therefore were willing to take anything to trade down.

Prisco gives his first round grades. Only 1 F given. Guess which pick.

I'm not sure Prisco is up on things with the draft (or team needs)... I loved both picks the Patriots made, but I think I liked Hightower the most. Yet Prisco gives it a C because he doesn't know where he'll play. If he knows anything about the Pats he knows they covet versatility on D. Hightower can play in and slide Mayo out in either front. Or he can play out and rush the passer. Way better than a C pick in my opinion.

Just as I think Richardson is a much better than C pick too. While backs may not decide Super Bowls, good ones take a ton of heat off the QB's that do...

[censored]ing Rams..........I guess they enjoyed setting the record for least wins in the last 5 years, so they are going to try and break their own record.

bah the Browns will crush that record easily... i mean you got the 3rd best DT, not great... but better than spending your SECOND 1st round pick on a 28 year old QB... admittedly they did shit the bed last night.. not sure why they didn't stay at 6 and pick Blackmon or someone else on D

I like the Prime Time thursday night draft - but I also really miss draft saturday. Crusing into a sports bar at 11:30, grabbing some lunch and drinking some hours and watching the draft.

I miss draft Saturdays.

Ryan Tannehill?s wife was the hit of Thursday?s NFL draft (PHOTOS)

Over at ThePostGame, we put together a list of the best and worst dressed from the first round of the 2012 NFL draft. Former Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill, now of the Miami Dolphins, was on the latter list, with an ensemble we said was out of Men's Wearhouse. What we didn't see was that Tannehill's look improved when he had his newlywed wife on his arm.

Below, the No. 8 pick is pictured with his newlywed wife, Lauren Tannehill. As she has many of the qualities admired by the superficial male, Mrs. Tannehill became a trending topic in the hours after the draft.
