2013 NFL Draft Discussion

Interesting story on Margus. No idea why they drafted him that high, as he could have probably been snagged in the 3rd or 4th rounds.

Well the important thing is we added depth to the position we are unquestionably the most loaded at. You can never have enough 4th string defensive linemen! Who needs a starting safety or receiver when you can add depth at your best position! (sarcasm, sarcasm, sarcasm, sarcasm, sarcasm, sarcasm, sarcasm...etc.)

Matt Barkley went to the Eagles to start off the 4th. Got this feeling the Browns are going to select the Syracuse QB Nassib in the 4th here in a few. Personally I hope not, but I see him being on the board when they pick and making the call. Not many teams ahead of them have any need at QB.

Trey Wingo after an OG from Valdosta State who is originally from Ghana was taken in the fourth round, becoming the second player from that country to be drafted this year: "It's Ghana two, Michigan nothing to this point."

This is my first time I've been able to catch part of the draft on NFL Network versus ESPN. I can't begin to explain how much better the NFL Network is covering the draft. Any time I can shut out Chris Berman and Todd McShay is amazing!!!

Browns trade our 4th this year for the Steelers
3rd next year.

[censored]ing stupid with several quality players on the board.

I know they moved up like what 10 - 20 spots on average but wait a year for the pick. Not worth it regardless of what was available or not. With help available now even more boneheaded.

Fucking stupid with several quality players on the board.

So when Pittsburgh goes 7-9 at best and finishes 3rd in the north and that pick is close to 40 spots higher, you'll still be mad about Cleveland not having a backup db?

The Browns don't need the help right now anyway.

Though I gave up on the Clowns when they moved and root for another team, I like that strategy for them. I think they are going to need picks and go all in on a QB such as Bridgewater next year.
