He was sold as their version of Pryor for years under Rich rod. Then when Hoke arrived it was a good thing because Devin was more of a pro style QB coming out of HS. The latter is actually true ( in contrast to the Michigan fan base and recruiting expert hype ) , it was just laughable doublespeak.

Yes and one is far worse than the other. TSUN fans can shake their keys and talk about pre-war championships and be smarmy, but they do not even register on the out of touch scale that PSU operates.
