Hard to tell, I think it's one of those plays where you can't overturn the on field call. All I know is Duckworth got sloppy fat from his high school days.

I'm too tired to look up the rule, but is Stave's move considered a kneeldown? If you just place the ball on the ground without being touched by a defender, that would seem to me to be a fumble.

Still...wtf happened after this play? It was blown dead right after, ASU jumps on it...the play had already been blown dead, so shouldn't they get a delay of game penalty since the refs couldn't set the ball for play? Still, Bucky probably fucked Bucky on this one. With no timeouts left they probably should have just spiked the ball when they were within field goal range.
