Nope. Didn't bother me in the least. Anything other than a game comes on ESPiN (even halftime and postgame) and I change the channel or turn it off. I'd rather watch the old test patterns they used to show when channels went off the air than their "commentary" (propaganda).
I was not referencing the 10 second runoff (which did not occur due to what you stated). The clock was running before the false start penalty then after the penalty the clock continued to run so Alabama got an extra 40 seconds to run out the clock. If the clock had stopped after the penalty then Bert's team would have had around 20 seconds to do something, although knowing Bert's teams it would have been something stupid.
