A good article, with lots of good links at the end.

Ken Goe: The Oregonian: Ohio State's Offensive Line Mashed the Ducks

and the only writer from the Oregonian to not whine about "running up the score".

"- I didn't hear any complaints from the Ducks about the way Ohio State punched in the last touchdown late in the fourth quarter with the game already decided.

And it's good thing, because you don't ask for quarter at this level.

I think it would have been even more humiliating if Ohio State had taken a knee. At least the Buckeyes gave the UO defense a chance to stop them.

Whining about that TD is a losers' lament."

Watching the Paul Finebaum show right now and laughing my ass off. So good.
Great thing is we get to do this every freaking day until opening day of 2015. Got to love going out on top baby.

rewatched the game and I will admit (and I hate this about myself) I was saying how teams lose games like this after we turned the ball over for the 4th time. I thought we would lose because you just don't do that and win and the fact that we won by 3 scores STILL shows how lopsided I thought it really was. It was infuriating I kept yelling out "this shouldn't even be close!" over and over which I'm sure my dad thought I was insane...Infuriating as our offense was at times there's no question that this game was in our control after their first drive.

This game legitimately could've been 56-10 or 63-17...For next year this team has got to start focusing on holding onto the football. For as much as our defense gets takeaways our offense sure gives the ball up a ton. Have got to correct that for next year (pretty much the only thing really)

IMO OSU didn't run up the score. It was clear Oregon wanted the ball back because they were calling timeouts. OSU did what they were supposed to do, and so did Oregon. Both teams played their hardest until the end.

We have a name around here for teams like this. Usually we just call them Cryami, but Oregon is well on their way to earning such a title. First, that hit Bosa delivered was a clean follow-through. Second, you nailed it with Oregon still trying to call timeouts instead of accepting their defeat. They also tried calling timeouts when we were trying to get to the locker room before halftime. We should have gone for 2 to end the game with that kind of behavior. They were trying every tricky, ticky-tac bs on the field, so they can bitch and moan all they want... just makes them look bad.
