2016 CFB Conference Championship Week Open Thread

It's real simple to me. Conference Champs is a nice accolade but not always an indicator of best team in conference. USC is best team in the PAC. It's not UW. To me it's easy to leave PAC out by the same logic used to put OSU in. Conference Champions should help seeding though. I wouldn't be surprised to see 1) Bama 2) Clemson 3) OSU 4) Penn State.

I get it that TTUN beat Peddsters like a red headed stepchild. But they still have 2 losses like Penn State, lost to OSU who Penn State beat and they don't have Conf Championship. That will factor in. I think they come in #6 and UW at #5.

You will hear big cries this year for a 8 team playoff more so than ever. My answer is the B10 gave you a wild card game (The Game) and a first round game (B10 Champ Game)

Better buy your wife something nice.

Nah, I only let her do it the one week. I'm the one who put myself in great shape to win and tried dilligently to piss it all away tonight. NEVER thought I'd be paying so much attention to Arkansas State vs. Texas State on week 14 of the CFB season! Should just let her do the whole season next year!

Peace

I think Clemson and Ohio State swap spots at 2 & 3 and Penn St overtakes Washington for 4.

I hope you're right, but I won't be comfortable until it's official. Alabama, Clemson, Washington, and *pukes* Penn State have conference championship trophies. Our Buckeyes watched that all happen from their couches, or a bar in Columbus.
