I know everyone wants quick resolution here, but the longer this drags out the worse it is for scUM IMO. If they were truly innocent and "nothing to see here" I think we woulda seen that outcome already. The B1G wouldn't let one of their top money makers keep getting drug through the mud if there were truly no wrong doing. The B1G is in a tough place here, it's easy to say "JUST BAN THEM!" but with all the money and moving parts involved it's pretty much impossible to just do that. Probably lots going on behind the scenes with discussions on how to handle this when it comes to a right now action. I suspect we will at least see Harbaugh suspended here within the next week are so, once that domino falls more will follow more quickly IMO.

I didn't live in the country during the 90's, and I know that there wasn't a constant flow of information going out over the interweb tubes. However, did the tcun act like this (denials, stonewalling, legal threats) when the Fab 5 shit broke? Or, is this the result of the "leadership" of JuggalOno?

I think banning them immediately will never happen. The Game, which is already the most watched regular season cfb game and the most nationally watched game every season, is going to be even bigger now. FOX is not allowing it to get called off. I do think that banning them from the post-season is on the table. It wouldn't surprise me if they wait a week and see if PSU could take care of business. Then, even if they win The Game, the hope is that they don't win the three way tiebreaker, which is currently tighter than it was a couple of weeks ago.

Penn State 6-10
Ohio State 7-11
TCUN 7-11

BTW, other than the obvious one, the B1G rooting interests next week are:

Indiana over Illinois
Maryland over Nebraska
Rutgers over Iowa
Wisconsin over Northwestern
Minnesota-Purdue doesn't matter since both us and tcun played both.

I expect it. Doing some quick checking in at MGoBlow, they are suddenly talking about one of their so called insiders claiming that OSU has hours of their practice footage, and that's why they put up screens around their outdoor practice facility.

There is still three weeks left until the Michigan game. I highly doubt there is nothing left out there to report, and I expect more news to keep coming out. Once they suspend hardball and they will, it will be interesting to see how they maneuver more news coming out.

Because you know once hardball is out the question is well what about the other coaches?

I said it a few days ago but Michigan not taking the easy to gain suspension was a massive mistake. They should’ve suspended Jim Harbaugh for two games including yesterday and maybe it saves everything off until after the year. With Michigan continually keeping this issue alive I think it opens them up to have a postseason band of some kind.

Apples to oranges. That all came out in court about decade after the Fab 5 were long gone. Not to mention the US‘ version of the Gestapo (IRS) was involved. Best to just say, ”Yes sir” when they are involved.

They've been claiming that there is "INSIDE INFO!!!" That Ohio State has had practice footage/hacked it/whatever for awhile now. Something THAT EXPLOSIVE wouldn't just be held on to for a last minute save, someone woulda leaked it and it would long be out in the open by now.

They really do believe that scUM is sitting on irrefutable mounds of evidence that Ohio State is doing significantly worse actions than scUM has. It's fucking hilarious.

Yea I agree, I still don't think we've seen close to the worst in all of this. Feels like theres gotta be a shattering bomb shell out there still waiting to drop and crush them even more.

They know this too, which is why they are so desperate for the obvious "LOOK OHIO STATE AND OTHER PEOPLE DID SO MUCH WORSE" crap they keep manufacturing or getting troll baited into believing to be true.

It feels like DFBIA might be SO stupid that they’re getting the rumors about what still hasn’t dropped from the FBI search of Weiss’ computer (i.e. hacked practice footage) twisted and think (or are desperately hoping) that smoke is about some other team.

That was my first thought when I saw the claim about the practice footage. The rumor about them having 50+ hours of OSU footage has been out there for several weeks now, but just suddenly now, We have theirs? The DFBIA can't keep the story straight.
