This has to be bullshit.
The gambling angle has been hanging over this investigation since this story broke. UMs run ATS since 2021 is not only unprecedented in sports, it’s a fucking miracle vs where they were previously vis a vis not covering through Harbaughs tenure.

Every hypothetical is fair play.

BTW, Corum’s YPC have dropped off the table the last two games. UM suddenly can’t rush for 200 YPG since the Big Ten sent out their memo.

I mean let’s be honest…

They have the future sports Almanac in their facility and they don’t utilize that benefit in some financial way?

No way man. Go back when this started I said I wondered if this would lead to gambling and IMO it will.

Not saying it’ll be someone big but let’s be real… they were what 18-5 vs the spread during that time or something? They have what everyone dreams of when gambling. A good idea of who’s going to win the game.

Yeah I've decided that my dream scenario is that Simple Jim didn't know. From the coaches he hired to the players he recruited, dirty cheating shit birds the lot of them. They're all betting on games to get paid and he's walking around wearing his Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys glasses thinking he's cracked the fuckin code only to then realize he's an absolute fraud.

Ok, everybody can stop looking into it, and asking, because, Corum say's he didn't have a business relationship with Stalions.

Hah, except he was advertising it on Instagram.

Edit: Ah, there are two LLC's with similar names.

First thought is this was for the Airbnb he was supposedly doing, but Connor O'Dea being on there too, and him being linked to ticket buys for the scouting is weird.

I’m glad he wasn’t stupid enough to put instructions to cheat in writing; I don’t really think it’s particularly relevant to the outcome—especially from the NCAA’s perspective.

Yea, "i didnt know" from the head coach is the NCAA Bylaw definition of "loss of institutional control".

So, pick up your poison. They hashed these mafia type games out a long time ago. You're not that smart, scUM.

Clearly Connor was/is a sociopath

If you’ve ever worked with one; you know it

They knew what he was

But he provided a service. And they were dumb enough to think he provided them cover (fall guy if necessary)

Arrogance can make smart people do stupid things

It can be a REAL problem for dumbasses

I don't even know that he is.
Im still of a mind he started this at the Naval Academy, where it's possible these games between the academies are more "accepted" or even used as "screening" for certain communities.
And then he took it out of the mil context with little thought. He's just what ? 23-25 years old?
The sociopaths are the people trying to play dumb and run out the clock imo - Harbaugh and Ono. The people who knew this was cheating of the highest order, because they played and coached for decades... and therefore have context for correct behavior as civilians in this career field.
...and, knowing it's immoral, decide to do it anyway and set up a loyal patsy to take the inevitable fall.
Now that is downright sociopathic. Calculated.

He might be lying

It’s also possible that the social media account in question has nothing to do with him and was a fabrication of pony boy

That's the blue check verified account. He denied knowing anything in front of a car with the LLC advertising and bragging about starting an LLC shortly after the LLC in consideration was indeed founded.

There's no "misinfo" or "i was hacked" defense here. Caught red handed.

This is the head shot. View attachment 37249

It's bound that some people start placing these pieces together.
He doesn't pay that mortgage on 50k salary. And he's not paying it through a used vacuum cleaner business shut down by his HOA.
Used vacuums didnt buy that car or the camo wrap for Corum.

.... the money is coming from somewhere.

... not just win, but win massively consistently covering large spreads.

Corum can get money. The car is Corums not Stallions.

Stallions isn't using vacuum money or gambling money to qualify for a VA loan for a $502k note.
