And Balas isn't writing anything that the school and Ono don't want written.

Balas is going far beyond "reckless reporting" he's straight up feeding the cult mentality. Continuing to push shit we know is bullshit and claiming that theres cover ups for Ohio State and shit.

The arguments about sign stealing are getting off point, imho. The violations scUM is accused of are:

1. In person scouting of opponents
2. Recording opponents

Sign stealing is what they did with the information they gathered in person and recording, but sign stealing isn't the violation.

Last I heard, BIG teams had about 33 confirmed cases of Stalions purchasing tickets to opponents games and someone showing up and recording, sometimes two people at a game, one recording each sideline. So let's say about 40 violations of each #1 and #2 above. That's a lot of violations. That's the argument we should be sticking with, imho.

What if they are in the trucks in panda costumes trying to flee the country?

Good point. Don’t let the defendant frame the narrative.

Is this his California LLC? If so he probably walked away from selling the related rental property in March 2022 with at least $100k. That and possibly other rental properties or money earned in real estate activity could have qualified him for the VA loan?

That's the same Stalions. Can confirm. That address shows up in the same place I found his house.

Edit: he was there 4/2019 thru 4/2022 (moved into his new AA house)

Edit 2: profit from something else is not income to qualify for a VA loan in AA

That house in Tustin sold on May 6, 2022 for $670,000

Speaking of forfeits, I’d like the games from earlier this year to get forfeited by some time next week.

Those Cheaters Up North (toward Saginaw) are sitting at 998.

If they win this weekend (James Franklin and Drew Allar, please prevent that), they will be planning a huge celebration and who knows what other BS to mark win #1,000 if they also win at Maryland next week.

It’s a party they don’t deserve, so I’m hoping Tony Petitti will soon announce their first 4 B1G games (played before the story broke and they notified Sparty), as forfeits, so they don’t get to 1,000 anytime soon.

Hopefully the NCAA and/or B1G eventually take away 2.5 years of wins, and then it will be a race between tOSU (962) and Bama (also at 962) to get there before a penalized tCun can recover from penalties and get 30-some wins.

Man, I'm torn. While I like stopping them before they get to 1,000, it'd be real funny to me for them to have a celebration about it and then have to walk their win total back. It'd be like those "Super Bowl Champion" shirts for the losing team.
