Oh and when Simple Jim inevitably says that he wishes that the hearing would have gone on so he could have "thundered away like Tom Cruise in A Few Good Men," just remember that there were two plaintiffs to the case: Simple Jim Harbaugh and the UM Regents. He could have easily severed his lawsuit from that of the Regents and gone ahead and showed up yesterday to thunder away.
