For all we know they could have had a signal scanner. I seriously though the transmissions are encrypted between headsets. It isn't hard.

Also could explain why it takes them a half to "get it together"

First half is spent figuring everything intercepted out, discuss findings in the locker room at half, paydirt for the 2nd half.

Also, I would assume changing your entire signals is not something that can be done quickly or easily. I would assume it's something teams work on all season. Others with more knowledge in this area may correct me.

Player to player? Depends on what they're trying to communicate. You can see DBs talk and develop signs in game when they get hip to routes. You could also see something, week of prep, like a QB communicating with the Oline that is usually word association based. Easy to remember, easy to flush out per opponent.

But the more concrete stuff when you have coaches installing offense and defense to the players and communication between them? That takes some time and isn't quickly done.

AS OSU fans, let's not act like OSU was beating scUM the last 2 yrs. Knowing plays doesn't keep Munford and Co, from getting blown up on the line from the JJ Watt wanna be and the other guy who got injured. And they don't help Cam Martinez from falling on his face or the defense missing assignments and causing a big Edwards run. OSU got their asses beat plain and simple 2 years in a row
Perhaps. But not knowing what the defense had called may have resulted in a different play called by the offense not putting Martinez in position to fall

I've been thinking the opposite. The '22 Game should have been much more like the Peach Bowl vs UGA, but with OSU prevailing because scUM was really on par with TCU sans cheating. By extension one could argue also on the same level as Kansas St. And I think we can all agree OSU would have handled TCU, maybe not as easily as UGA, but would prob have been a comfortable victory.

To lose The Game one year in the pig house with a swiss cheese defense - I get that. But to turn 20 years of beating the snot out of *ichigan on its head for no reason in losing a second consecutive time, almost identical score, with a meh D in the Shoe, and their Ravens coordinators gone but 1 and 5 (at that point) Harbaugh still there... doesn't add up.

A confident defense plays fast and how could they be more confident if they know the plays in time to set up the D?

Michigan is 100% going to push Harbaugh and anyone else implicated out very quickly if shit really starts hitting the fan when more comes out on this. To try to lessen the blow. Neither Warde or Ono are even going to slightly stick their head out for Jimmah if theres a chance it could damage their own career, which it could in this situation.

It's going to be hilarious if shit does really hit the fan and they try to play the "It was just a rogue staffer!" defense.

In no fucking realm could something like this be going on without the coaches knowing about it.
The whole point of this was for the coaches to KNOW/get information. Otherwise it is worthless in the hands of a guy not planning and/or calling plays.

The top of the SEC I'm sure is REAL WORRIED about Michigan

Michigan is 3-7 in their last 10 against the SEC (and 5 of those 7 losses were blowouts, the only closer ones were against fucking South Carolina). Including getting blasted by UGA in the CFP Semi Final.

DFBIA gonna DFBIA. 1/2 of a national title since 1948 and acting like "everyone just jealous of how good we are and trying to sabotage us!"

They as of right now are little to no threat to the top SEC team in any givens year national title chances.

Ehh, after seeing TCU run against that line like they were an FCS team, and then TCU being held to 36 yards by Georgia, I'm inclined to disagree.
