IANAL so let me ask some of our legal eagles here. If this "source" is from the law firm "working on the case" Wouldn't that be a breach of attorney/client privilege?

Is the board backing Ono and Harbaugh in all of this? Absolute fucking football factory.
Ono's time at UC showed that his MO is to attach himself as a huge athletic booster to boost his own popularity and personal brand, and that's clearly the path he's going to take here. If the B1G and ncaa do hammer them hard (say 3 years of forfeits, 2 or 3 year post-season ban and scholarship reductions) for stonewalling and refusing to cooperate, I can't imagine that whatever support he has won't dissipate rather quickly, and he'll unceremoniously get run.

I am so glad I retired at the beginning of September. This has been hilarious to follow and I would have been fired by now because I would not have been able to get any work done since most of my time has been spent following along. I'm probably going to need treatment for an internet addiction before this is over. Last time I spent anywhere as much time here was during the Strassini saga.

BTN won't live stream anything. They've barely mentioned anything about the cheating scandal thus far. This will be done as quietly as possible. Back door meetings and negotiations followed by a brief press conference about the findings and actions.

Last night scUM did not cover the spot vs Purdue... a VERY rare occurrence vs B1G opponents over last 3 years.
Teams they probably did not bother to steal signs: ECU, UNLV and BGSU... scUM did not cover on any of them

If grounds for the suit include “irreparable harm”, that would have to immediately become the leader in the clubhouse for most unintentionally hilarious lawsuit ever

I'm looking forward to someone highlighting the statistical anomalies that happened last night. Based on the broadcast it sounded like rushing yards, completion percentage, and third quarter points were all noticeably off their usual, which you wouldn't expect at a home night game after a bye week.

Not to mention, even though the score was still lopsided Purdue handed scUM the first 17 points on a silver platter with turnovers. That game was much closer than the score would indicate.
