I'm assuming that when the -ichigan savants are referring to the need for due process they are referring to procedural due process - notice and an opportunity to be heard. Procedural due process is baked into the Sportsmanship bylaws at sections 10.3.1 and 10.3.2:

10.3.1 Commissioner’s Discretion, Timeliness, and Due Process. The Commissioner
has the discretion to pursue, or choose not to pursue, an investigation as to whether an
offensive action has occurred. In the event the Commissioner decides to pursue such an
investigation, the Commissioner shall commence the investigation as expeditiously as
possible upon notification that such an offensive action may have occurred. Upon
commencement of such an investigation, the Commissioner shall determine, as
expeditiously as possible, whether an offensive action did occur. Any involved institution
or individual at risk of disciplinary action shall be provided an opportunity, which may be
waived, to offer its or his or her position as to whether an offensive action occurred. The
timeframe within which an institution or individual shall provide its or his or her position
shall be set by the Commissioner, and shall be reasonable in light of the circumstances.

Upon determination that an offensive action did occur, the Commissioner shall, as
expeditiously as possible, determine whether disciplinary action should be imposed, and
if so, what it should be.
10.3.2 Notice of Disciplinary Action. In the event it becomes clear that an institution is
likely to be subjected to disciplinary action, the Commissioner shall notify that institution
or individual at the earliest reasonable opportunity.
Under no circumstances shall the
Commissioner comment publicly regarding either an investigation or disciplinary action
without having first provided notice to any involved institution or individual.

There is nothing in the public record indicating that the Commissioner has denied -ichigan it due process. If anything he has given that school too much leeway. But let them threaten litigation. We'll see how far it goes. Perhaps the savants should instead focus on Section 10.1.2:

10.1.2 Obligation to Cooperate. Each institution is obligated to cooperate with the
Commissioner during the course of an investigation as to whether an offensive action has
occurred. An institution’s failure to cooperate shall result in a breach of this policy, which
shall be punishable in accordance with the terms of the policy.

The only thing that matters to them is getting to the playoffs and the chance for that title. That's it. Harbaugh assumes he'll ride off into the sunset to the NFL, and Ono is counting on his weasel skills to ride out any eventual penalties. They have no integrity whatsoever, just the retard like focus on winning the next six foosball games.

But go ahead and call us--the school that in just the last dozen years ran off two Hall of Fame coaches for breaking rules or off-field conduct--the "football factory." I dare you, Santa. I double dog dare you.
I said the exact same thing and that’s where their lack of foresight come in. They’re are absolutely sacrificing their future to get this year in. Corruption within the program? Who cares it takes at least 90 days so we can sneak the year in.

Selling out the future completely for a probable 3rd semi final loss in a row seems like a great strategy. There's not gonna be a TCU layup again this year, they screwed that pooch last year.
Their lack of action is going to hurt them later.

Best case is for them to lose to both Penn State and Ohio State. Then to get bodied by the NCAA for not doing anything themselves in the spring.

Not clicking the link, but does it mention one of the reasons they pussied out of The Game was an attempt to keep OSU out of the B1G Championship game and CFP?

Reminder that in 1763, Michigan paid a bunch of professional football players to pretend to be college students so they could travel the country and beat up on middle schools, which counts as their WiNnInGeSt TeAm bullshit.

From Western Michigan vs msu in 22. Some speculation on twitter this could be harbaugh’s cheating coordinator.
Ok, so there’s no reason to believe this is true

But “hey, that bronco is a stalion” is jus too good to not be true. It doesn’t follow logically, but these are the CUNTS we’re talking about, so truth, fairness, and logic take a backseat

They realize that with the penalties that are coming, along with other team and recruiting factors, that it will be at least another 25 years until they have half a chance at a title. This year is their only hope.
