I honestly and I’m not joking. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did that too.

Overall, I think the biggest mistake was Michigan State agreeing to play the game anyways. If they would have decided to hold out of that game, I think Purdue probably does the same as well and then Michigan would have been forced to be dealt with.

I'm hoping for the TRO. Then the B1G can move to have it transferred to Federal Court, and have discovery and subpoena power.
No, I'm not an attorney, but I watched a lot of Perry Mason growing up and I've stayed in a bunch of Holiday Inn Expresses over the years.

I would love them to try to take it to court. I want the B1G to subpoena the Athletic Department computer system. I would love for them to subpoena the coaches personal computers. Oh the stuff they could dig up.

I think maybe Pettiti waits until after UM plays Rutgers to initiate a 2 game suspension on his own. Harbaugh misses the Game and either the Big Ten champ game or their bowl game. And a 2 game suspension done by the commissioner can't be appealed. That would damage them the most without getting it brought to a vote.

I also read that the NCAA investigation would be done by Fall 2024.

That's a slower play than I was anticipating regarding the time line for Pettiti to act, but would certainly be some aces to be holding while the season plays out on its own. I was hoping for today or tomorrow, but more realistically Sunday or Monday. Tomorrow would be diabolical if it included multiple suspended coaches.

You actually think that there would be any damning information left on scUM's Athletic Department computers to "discover"? The "cheaters" would wipe out any evidence of wrong doing with whatever that "bleach program" is that Hillary Clinton used on her computers and cell phones.
