Exactly. And how do you leave out the OC & DC from immediate punishment when the BIG10 and apparently the NCAA admit the team gained an unfair advantage from what they did?

How does this make sense to anyone...?

They did say in their statement that further punishment may be enacted if further developments warrent. So if they qualify for either the BIG10 Championship and/or the playoffs they may step in again.

What a mess.

So legit question here. Let's say NCAA drops the hammer officially and says tCun cheated. Would sports books or individuals who bet those games and lost have any legal recourse ?

I can't imagine they would. The sportsbook made no misrepresentation and is equally at risk for fraud by a participant. As for suing scUM, that's a hard case to make for an individual.

yeah I was wondering about sportsbooks and individuals teaming up on tCun. Maybe individuals might have a class action suit against tCun?
