I used to work in that state up north, on opdyke road down the street from the Silver Dome in Pontiac. We beat ttun that year so I made up some Buckeyes candy and took it into work on Monday. One of the ttun buffoons there said "These Buckeyes are really good!"

Uh, yeah, and them BUCKEYES beat that weasel rear end without cheating. Every. Single. Time.

Welp, I read the entire 13-page document.
I have no idea how a three-game suspension of the Harbrau matches up with all that's written.
Hell, it even says that this is not a sanction against Cheater McKhakis, but instead, because he's an embodiment of the university.
There are a helluva lot more ways to penalize the university than to sit this asswipe for four hours per week.
