Game Thread #7 tOSU 18, Purdue 26 (Oct 17, Noon ET, BTN)

I'm just wondering... is TP supposed to make a read on these zone plays or are they already designed? Because if he's supposed to make a read he's not making the right one. Giving it when he should keep it and keeping it when he should give it.

Overall great D.

Overall, horrible O. Most O Lineman have missed at least one important block.

TP looks like TB from last year. He needs more time. Not a game manager and not providing many big plays.

I think TP and the team could benefit from a change at QB (at least temporarily).

Saine is a bright spot on Offense.

Hopefully they figure out something with the OL during the half. No QB is going to do anything with the pressure that TP is under. They need to go back to the running game and get TP to run more physical.

first posession of the 2nd half is crucial

if Purdue is able to score a TD....with the way this offense is playing I just dont see how they can recover from being down 2 scores

Agree. It's weird, I don't know how to describe the offense. It's not like they're sleepwalking, but almost like they've lost confidence and are completely and utterly out of rythm.

Hey, I'll call a buckeye win here. I might puke now, but I'll still call the buckeye win!:oh:

:io:Man I hope you're right.

No excuse for our Offense right now. These guys just need to get serious and execute...I don't care how, but they need to find a way to win this one. :osu:

Guys, I'm sorry. I just realized the problem here is me: I'm wearing blue sweat pants. I've made a halftime adjustment, so we should be all set for the second half. I wish it weren't so cold, but if it takes a no-pants second half to pull this out, I'm up for it.

Pryor has NO confidence and looks completely lost out there. Win or lose it may be time to sit him for a while. The only thing that is going to stop this onslaught of blitzing is someone who can hit the quick out. This is turning into a display of ineptness.
