It's unlikely, but a first round knockout of the Heat by a team with Evan Turner (even though his playing time is down), would be cheered by many.

"I could," Collins said, when asked to explain the more-than-2-to-1 difference. "My grandkids would lose their college fund. So I'll have to dance around that one. I can't respond to that."
What was clear, however, was that Philadelphia's fouls in the second quarter helped change the game.
"It's kind of discouraging," Holiday said, "But at the same time, we know we just have to keep at it. ... Calls are made and we have to fight through that."
It was the most blatant bull[Mark May] I've seen in a basketball "game". If anybody doubts that the nba manipulates it's outcomes, they should be forced to watch that 2nd quarter and then explain why they feel that way. Horrible. Stern might want to tell them to tone it down a tad. :crazy:jmorbitz;1907752; said:

Here's some more NBA stupidity. Dwight Howard shot 22 of the Magic's 30 FT's and the Hawks shot 29 FT's total. I tried to watch the first quarter and never made it to the end. It seemed like Howard was getting a call every time he ran down the court He threw a elbow at one of the Hawks and it wasn't called as well. The NBA acts like it hates how much the players whine when they don't get calls, but they are feeding that monster themselves. I'll second that I'd much rather watch playoff hockey over the NBA.

game 2 saw the Sixers go to the line 20 times......FWIW
