a lot of the reasons it gets delayed because it got in late and the mandatory 8 hours or w/e it is for crew rest gets put into affect

I was going for the mechanical reasons that flights get delayed...I'm sure they can have folks working to make sure the first flights out don't have mechanical problems...

Here is my annoyance:

I am in a line of 50 people and get through Laguardia security in NYC in 5 minutes. Everyone moves fast and knows what to do.

When I fly back from Columbus, there is a line of 5 people that takes 15 minutes. "Are you sure I have to take off these shoes? I didn't when I traveled last in 1972." At least they have that "experienced travelers" or whatever line now, though it is hilarious that it is necessary. It essentially just says "white trash people go to the right please."

Yeah, because people that don't fly often are white trash.

That NY attitude should serve you well in KY.

No more KY. And sheesh, it was a joke.

I should have just said, to not joke: "if you are from small place from outside Columbus and are using the airport while using phrases such as "I didn't done do," and don't understand that flying has changed and that you have to do things such as remove shoes, and feel it is proper to complain about this, then please use the line to the right."
