I just noticed this......

Greg Studrawa (Bowling Green, 1987) - Offensive Line

He is from my hometown (Fostoria, Ohio). His dad was the coach at my high school. He retired during my freshman year and I got to know him (not as a coach) but a spectator as he would tease me and later help with my technique. If Greg is half the coach his old man was we will have quite the battle Monday night. Good luck, Greg but not Monday night.....:)

Wonder why OSU is not taking its opportunities to practice in the superdome and staying the the SAINTS practice facilities?
1) I wasn't aware teams swapped practice facilities during bowl prep.

2) Is the turf different? If so, that seems strange considering the saints own both.

I asked the same question in here or in another thread. the turf is the same on both fields somebody pointed out.

I believe the general accepted reason was either because JT figured it was easier to stay away from distractions or because Stoops said he thought LSU spied on them when they practice in the dome.

Defense can't rest
By Dan Wetzel, Yahoo! Sports
January 4, 2008

NEW ORLEANS ? In a traditional sense, Ohio State has always been about defense ? big, tough, bruising defense. The Buckeyes' most famous offensive philosophy, after all, was called "three yards and a cloud of dust," Woody Hayes talking about running those "fat tackles" to victory.
So the 41 points Florida hung on the Buckeyes in a blowout victory in the BCS championship game a year ago wasn't just a single-game humiliation, it was an assault on everything the program holds dear.
