When I was in school The Venetian on High street in between the North Berg and Larry's was the best pizza on campus. Anyone know if that place still exsists.

I don't know if the North Berg or Larry's still exists. What streets was the Venetian between on High Street?

The Venetian was on the same block and right next door to the North berg. My guess is that that's about 17th, Diagonal from old University High Building.

The Venetian was on Frambes right next to the Out-R-Inn. The last time I was on North Campus, I stopped at the Out-R-Inn (spent many thousands of dollars there while at OSU) and I don't recall seeing the Venetian. Then again I wasn't looking for it.

I have to agree with all those who say Fly Pie. There are two in Columbus now. Sal (the son) opened shop on Bethel near the BWs. The dad still runs the shop on High Street. His brother runs the shops in Dayton.

Rotollos is good, but not the end all be all of pizza.

Pizza House off Sinclair is pretty good as is Enrico's in Dublin. (on Frantz Rd.)

Michaels pizza off Maize and Oakland park is pretty good as well. They offer the Chicago style pizza as well as regular pizza. They also have a 32 inch pie that you have to order at least a day in advance, and it is too big for them to deliver.

The best pizza in C-bus is at the airport. Fly to Chicago for some real pizza.

Wholly Joes isn't far from what your talking about BB73. They brought in a old chicago deep dish oven, and you have to wait 45 mins for a deep dish. If you havent tried it, you don't know what your talking about when it comes to pizza. On campus there is only one right answer, Adriatico's. Everything else is crap for drunk people.

Adriatico's is probably the best I've had in Columbus, followed by Kings. Even those, though, aren't anything spectacular IMO. If any of you are ever in the Akron area, go to Luigi's, which is just on the NW corner of downtown--it'll make you think you never had real pizza before.
