I think, barring more injuries:mad1: , this team will show improvement. We'll win a couple we shouldn't, and lose a couple we shouldn't and I think end up somewhere around 7-9. That's the optimist in me speaking.

I agree. The offense can only get better, and I thought the defense still played well against NO, and bottled up Bush where they could, keeping him from breaking one.

I realized this weekend that God loves OSU and hates the Browns. Case in point:
1. Last week was rainy and generally miserable in Ohio the whole week. Saturday the weather cleared and it was a good day for OSU football. Sunday the weather was bad again making for a miserable Browns game.
2. OSU routinely challenges for being the best team in CFB and the Browns routinely challenge for for the #1 pick in the draft.
3. OSU takes 3* recruits and turns them into stars. The Browns take first round draft picks and turns them into busts.
4. OSU has a guy carted off with an apparent serious knee injury only to find that it is minor. The Browns have a guy fall down while trying to make a play and blow out both knees at once.
5. OSU can sign a #1 guy and have him be a star. The Browns can sign the #1 guy at a position and have him get hurt in his second practice.
6. When OSU is at it's strongest the rest of college football is having a down year. When the Browns look to have a good team the rest of their conference is the best in the NFL.
