Amazon's Got Free (Free!) One-Day Shipping On Electronics For the Holidays
Well this is a nice early stocking stuffer! Now through 11:59pm (PST) on December 22nd, Amazon's giving you free one-day shipping on certain electronics, software, and video games. After you add a qualifying item to your cart, select One-Day Shipping at checkout and they'll apply the discount. The deal also applies to select jewelry, movies, musical instruments, and more, but be sure to double-check that your order qualifies here. For last-minute shoppers like, I dunno, all of us? The checkout line at Amazon's way shorter than the ones at Montgomery Mall.

For any students or former students out there you can trade your textbooks in through amazon and get a gift card to spend at the store. There might be other more profitable options (selling them through half.com), but this is a fairly painless process. You only need a box to ship the books in and they supply you with a free shipping label. If your books don't miss their standards they ship them back to you for free. For example one of my computer science books was missing a cd and I didn't get the money for it. You only need to enter in your ISBN at the link below and they will tell you how much the book is worth.

Too bad that wasn't available in the mid-90s before I put eight tons of textbooks into storage. Wonder if I could get five or ten dollars for those now? :p

Students also get free Prime for a year - link is on the same page.

LivingSocial.com is selling $20 Amazon.com codes for $10. You save 50% and BP still gets the referral on the full amount.

1. Click here to open the $20 for 10 deal page
2. After you've entered info & payment info **YOU AREN'T DONE***
3. On the next page it will ask you to send the deal to your friends, click 'no thanks' to complete the order. Without this, the order isn't finished.
4. Wait until sometime wednesday when they are supposed to be sending these codes.

You can send the deal to your friends if you want to. If three of them buy one, your gift card is free.

Note:

1. This is a good time to have a backup email address at hotmail or gmail, which is a good idea any time you register on commercial websites that will want to market to you. I usually register for my main email address but with a 2 at the end of it so it is easy to remember.

2. The server has been getting swamped with visitors due to how attractive this deal is, so just be patient. You may have to click back a few times after getting 503 or server down messages.

Note, the above code can only be used once, according to alleged conversations with Amazon customer service, so if you buy multiple codes, you will have to use them on different amazon accounts. They do not stack like the normal Amazon gift cards/codes (which just sit in your account as a credit).

For anyone who has some free time, viewpoints offers a $11 gift card for 11 reviews that are 900 characters each.

The gift card arrives a few weeks later, after they have reviewed whether or not it was legitimate.

As always, make sure to open amazon from one of the bp referral links when you use your gift card. It can be applied to your account and left as a credit on your account until needed.

It takes an average typist about an hour. Takes me about half that, but I type quickly. Easy to do while watching tv or refreshing the same forums at work endlessly.

Review phones, games and game hardware. Easy, quick reviews if you can type well enough

Type them up in word to save time. Start a new review each time you clear 900.

Giving out your good email address is foolish. Creating alias emails is easy, quick and a great catchall for sites like this. On gmail, i register for my same username with a 1 or 2 added to the end to give me easily remembered alternate email addresses.
extra email addresses are perfect for promotions like this, or birthday meal coupons from red robin or noodles n co.
