Has anyone found a guide on how to use the Firestick remote to control YouTube TV. I have not figured out if there is a way to do previous channel with it. Same for the Roku.

Using the remotes is the one thing that always trips my wife up on doing the switch away from cable. She likes the ease of having it all on one remote.

So when I dumped Spectrum yesterday my internet went up $20 a month. Have to keep it, only choice.

Interestingly though they talked to me about their cell service and supposedly they ride on Verizon. I would not have to get new phones because I have Verizon now. It looks like I could save about $100 a month. I feel like that is too good to be true. Anyone have experience with Spectrum cell phone service?

I'm switching to Spectrum Mobile in February when I finish paying off my current phone with Verizon. They use the same cell towers/service as Verizon from what I am told and everyone I know has given it rave reviews considering they keep their phone, number, and service but their bill goes down $40-$100 a month.

Just got notified that YouTube TV will not be carrying Fox Regional Sports and YES network. Not sure what YES is?

Also just got a notice that Spectrum is offering internet and TV, assuming Silver package, for $44.99 each a month when bundled.

So, $120 a month for YT and internet or $90 for Spectrum....:bonk:

Really don’t like Spectrum’s App though.

House Hunters International and Mexico Life for the win.

My wife once mocked me for watching a bit of the WSOP by saying that "I can see enjoying playing poker, but I can't see why anyone would watch other people playing poker." I pointed out that I can see enjoying buying real estate but I can't see why anyone would watch other people buying real estate." Fuck House Hunters.

I like watching House Hunters and making fun of the potential buyers to my wife. Some of these people are so fricking stupid. The guys always act tough and then buy what the wives want. Pussy whipped....

For sure.....Couple on last nights show from Upper Arlington. Wife convinced him to buy an old antiquated house in UA instead of a newer, bigger, and less expensive house in Westerville.
there is no convincing. it's reality tv. the people on house hunters have already chosen their home by the time the cameras start rolling. the show producers add in a couple other homes just to make it seem like there is a decision to be made. the "convincing" is scripted.

Which makes it even funnier that the dudes would subject themselves to it. You can also tell by the fact that the house has furniture vs no furniture.

probably because they're getting paid. and because people -- yes, even married dudes -- will do anything to be on tv.

You can also tell by the fact that the house has furniture vs no furniture.
or that no couple ever rejects all three choices. but, really, you can always tell because... again... it's reality tv. i bet whenever a husband is shown being pussy-whipped, as you say, it's a scene that is shot multiple times.
