Cincinnati Bengals (Just Burrow In)

Waited until the game was over by roughly an hour to even comment, figured they'd call the players back on some penalty the refs remembered and give the Steelers another chance based on past experience. Tbh, I didn't even realize the Bengals had a game tonight until today when someone asked if I wanted to go to the local watering hole to watch the game. I reluctantly accepted because I was persuaded by the alcohol part.

Holy shit that was fun to watch. The Vonn Bell hit alone was worth it, damn that was awesome to see JuJu get his shit rocked by one of my favorite Buckeyes. Bell played out of his mind tonight and really has looked great after a shaky first 2-3 weeks. Had damn near half the team out and somehow pulled off that performance. Taylor had them ready to go tonight. Even if the dicked up our draft pick, it's worth it because I hate the Steelers more than winning to be real. Fuck you Big Ben, Mike Tomlin, and those white trash fans. May this loss haunt your season and cause division among your ranks.

I'm going to consider this the last game of the season and go out on a high note. See you boys when it's time to talk the Draft.

Phenomenal game plan. Defense played extremely well despite missing 4 starters. Great win to build on toward the future.

When Burrow went down, I said I wasn’t going to watch another Bengals game this season, but that’s two weeks in a row I’ve tuned in. I know I probably ought to be rooting for a loss for a better draft pick, but I can’t do that. Houston may not be good, but still.....very impressive offensive performance today.

I know Taylor has taken some guff for the close losses, but I’m on board with him. I give him a lot of credit for the Bengals even being in some of the games they were in. Yes, Burrow got hurt and took a ton of hits, but I would have been far more upset with Taylor if that had happened earlier in the season. The O-line has been so much better over the last couple months and JB wasn’t getting beaten up half as badly as he was early on.

Same here, thought I was done watching after that injury. But the OL has been markedly better and I'm pretty impressed with how the team has played so hard in game like today where, tbh, we might have wanted to lose to lock up the Sewell pick. But I can't root for a loss, the momentum from some wins and game experience might be more important. And Allen looked damn good today. Hell, go ahead and beat the Ravens to keep them out of the playoffs, I'm in for that.
