Cleveland Browns (2012 season)

meanwhile trading up for RGIII would of been the best thing this franchise has done EVER...seriously if you still think that trading up for him would of been a huge mistake then i suggest choking yourself to death

Depends on who's making the call. I'm hoping Haslam has the balls to pull the plug before it gets REALLY embarrassing.

I think he will....for some reason I think he will want to make his mark, especially since the fan dissatisfaction will be at an all-time high after that performance.

Trading up for him many people agreed on. Just what Wash. Gave
Up though... Many (including myself) were not comfortable with.

oh-no...-not-this-shit-again.jpg

And who, pray tell would have run the ball 30 fucking times for RGIII on the Browns roster today? Look at the Redskins game - RGIII was put into a position to win by Shanahan - that most emphatically would NOT have happened to him in Cleveland. Your commentary is again and as usual not realistic.

Well, don't see anybody here saying that. But, that's neither here nor there. We're stuck with a petrified turd under center for the time being.

Here we go:

FNA...Weeden sucked but it was his first game. Richardson got 39 yds on 19 carries and no one is calling him out. Weeden needs some help...as in people like Little and Marecic catching the f-ing ball. Not saying he is not going to be Anderson 2.0 but he is a f-ing rookie so give it a break. He ain't RG3 so everybody needs to get over it.

Trent was also running behind one of the worst run blocking
Lines Ive seen in some time. With defenders constantly flying up
To stop the run because Weeden is. That. Bad.

Throw out the rookie bullshit. We knew weeden wasnt an nfl QB.

Being a rookie QB isn't bullshit...the bottom line is other people have to step up to take the pressure off and build some confidence. Didn't happen today...no run blocking, no running game, dropped balls = what you got today.

Run blocking was a joke. Weeden had time before the iggles realized they could pin their ears back and come after him because he couldn't hit the ocean from a dingy. And, if Weeden needs so much help, then why draft a [censored]ing guy nearly 30 when it's gonna take you time to get him weapons, regardless. Anyway you slice it, it was a terrible, stupid, short-sighted pick.

And, again, I don't see anybody here bitching about not taking RGIII. Pretty much everybody balked when they saw what Dan Snyder payed.

Bad. Cant sustain run blocks. Weeden throws errant passes.
Cant put in Colt because that makes the front Office look dumb.

Said not to draft weeden. I guess the head Office " knew better"

:paranoid:. Who said that? :paranoid:

Again, I said he sucked. Not like this team is going to the Super Bowl anyway so give him a couple of games. If it doesn't work out we draft Barkley next year and have the same conversation all over again. The beauty of being a Clowns fan.
