The Browns need to bundle, well maybe not bundle, some of their picks after the first round and move back up into the first-round plus another pick in the second round. This team is extremely young and does not need a bunch of rookies again. I think some of the Browns problems results from guys who should be seniors in college playing against guys who have been in the NFL for 4-5 years. I know who I would put my money on in those types of match ups.
My Browns draft not necessarily in this order and some might depend on what we get in FA.
1 QB, 1 RB, 2 DBs, 1 WR, 1 OT

That’s only 6 players when the Browns need 53 :slappy:

I don't think youth is a concern right now as much as it is getting talent. What matter is age when they're gonna be shit next year anyway? They need to avoid moving around so much and not get pigeon-holed into positions after the first round and just draft BPA. They have needs everywhere, so just stockpile talent. You can supplement the youth with vet FAs. By the time this team is (in theory) ready to be competitive, these kids will have a couple of years under their belt.

Some good moves today.

Taylor, while not somebody you'd build around, is very good bridge qb and adds another dimension to the offense with his legs. Landry is an excellent complement to Gordon and Njoku. Draft a good rb and suddenly you have the makings of a competent offense, something statistically this clown show has had twice in nineteen seasons.

Given the loooong history of fuckery associated with this shit show, I'm not buying in yet, but they made some *gulp* smart moves today. Now draft Rosen, go BPA at 4, don't cleveland up the draft and they might be onto something...
