That's the idea running more 21 and 12 personnel coupled with some of Bakers mobility. The boots, rolls, waggles, what have you - will be very prominent in this offense. And they absolutely should have been the past few years.

Baker better get his fat ass in gear and make sure he isn't the issue next year. As long as they fix the LT issue with the #10 pick this offense has everything it needs to be really good next year. With the Browns luck everything will line up to have a great team and the season will get cancelled for COVID-19. That or the gutted defense will give up 50 pts a game.
